For a multinational fast growing company, European leader in designing, producing and commercializing industrial transformers worldwide, we are searching for an:   Area Manager UK   Mission:   Reporting to the Sales Manager UK ensures both the management and development of the business in United Kingdom, including the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the company's strategy.   Main responsibilities:     ·       Responsible for the management of the relationship between company and customers, in order to get competitive advantages for the company; ·       Identifies and qualifies new customers and proposes the organizational development of the business opportunities; ·       Manages new and existing opportunities with a defined set of accounts within the UK & Ireland, with a focus on the Southern England; ·       Prepares accurate and comprehensive quotations inline with the agreed timescales; ·       Recognizes and implements the most commercially viable solutions for accounts; ·       Develops a thorough knowledge of the business and culture of clients within a sector and use this to develop relationships and opportunities.     Knowledge and experience:     ·       HND or Engineering Degree, preferred in electrical engineering disciplines; ·       At least 5 years' experience at electric manufacturing companies (LV and/or MV transformers or switchgears, control panels, power stations); ·       History of working effectively with clients and delivering quantifiable excellence; ·       Good knowledge of national market.   Main competences:     ·       Ability to communicate effectively; ·       Leadership and energy; ·       Building effective consensus based on relationships; ·       Decision making and problem-solving skills; ·       Goal oriented, results-driven; ·       Integrity and professional ethics.   Offer:     ·       Competitive base salary and bonus; ·       Company car, laptop and smartphone; ·       20 days holiday + Public Holidays.    Place of work: UK (home office)

For a multinational company, leader in designing, producing and commercializing industrial transformers we are searching for a:   Sales Manager USA     Mission: Reporting to the Sales Director USA ensures both the management and development of the business, including the management of P&L as well as the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the company's strategy.   Main responsibilities:   ·       Ensures the turnover and the margin by effective implementation of the sales plan; ·       Responsible for the management of the relationship between company and customers, in order to get competitive advantages for the company; ·       Provides the guidelines to develop the Sales Plan and present it to the Sales Director USA; ·       Defines budget and target priorities, assures the periodic sales monitoring, control and forecasting; ·       Identifies and qualifies new customers and proposes the organizational development of the business opportunities; ·       Recognizes and implements the most commercially viable solutions for accounts; ·       Develops a thorough knowledge of the business and culture of clients within a sector and use this to develop relationships and opportunities; ·       Creates a sales network composed of Sales Representatives.     Knowledge and experience:   ·       Business or Engineering Degree, MBA is a plus; ·       At least 10 years' experience at electric manufacturing companies (transformers, control panels, power stations); ·       History of working effectively with clients and delivering quantifiable excellence; ·       Good knowledge of the national market.   Main competences:   ·       Ability to communicate effectively; ·       Leadership and energy; ·       Building effective consensus based on relationships; ·       Decision making and problem-solving skills; ·       Goal oriented, results-driven; ·       Integrity and professional ethics.     Place of work: full remote (home office)
