Per azienda Cliente, leader nella produzione di valvole e componenti per l'industria oleodinamica e pneumatica siamo alla ricerca di un/a   Area Manager Vendite Triveneto   Obiettivo Il Candidato, a diretto riporto della Direzione Commerciale, sarà responsabile dello sviluppo commerciale e della gestione dei Clienti nell'area geografica assegnata, in accordo con la policy e la strategia aziendale.   Principali responsabilità - sviluppare nuovi clienti e opportunità commerciali identificando potenziali mercati e partner strategici; - gestire il portafoglio clienti esistente nel Triveneto, assicurando un elevato livello di soddisfazione e fidelizzazione; - collaborare con la Direzione Commerciale per definire strategie di vendita e obiettivi di crescita; - pianificare e gestire visite regolari presso i clienti, promuovendo i prodotti e soluzioni personalizzate; - garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato e marginalità definiti dall'azienda; - effettuare attività di forecast e reportistica per la Direzione Commerciale; - collaborare con l'Area Tecnica di prevendita per creare proposte su misura per i Clienti; - negoziare le condizioni contrattuali in accordo con la Direzione Commerciale; - collaborare con i team di progettazione e produzione per garantire che le specifiche contrattuali siano eseguite secondo le tempistiche e le modalità preventivate; - partecipare a fiere ed eventi di settore.   Requisiti per la posizione - Diploma tecnico o laurea in discipline economiche, marketing, comunicazione; - esperienza di almeno 5 anni in posizioni sales nei settori dell'Oil&Gas, motori idraulici e pompe, costituisce titolo preferenziale un background professionale in ambito valvole di regolazione; - conoscenza del mercato di riferimento e dei competitor in Triveneto; - abilità nella comprensione dei bisogni del Cliente e capacità consulenziali; - forte spinta commerciale, orientamento al risultato; - ottime doti di negoziazione e di pianificazione; - buone doti relazionali, comunicative e capacità di creare rapporti empatici; - intraprendenza, energia e auto-motivazione.   Completano il profilo determinazione, integrità ed etica professionale.   Luogo di lavoro: Veneto (home office).
