For one of our Customers, international Software House specialized in HCM and CPM solutions, we are searching for a:   Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist   Mission The candidate, reporting directly to the group CFO, will be responsible for analysing, controlling, overseeing daily operations and executing on projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Controlling, Account Receivables and Accounts Payable, a solid understanding of accounting principles and excellent communication abilities.   Main activities Accounting - autonomous end-to-end management of company accounts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and tax and fiscal obligations; - knowledge and analytical/accounting management of personnel costs; - comprehensive management of intercompany financial flows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reconciliation and reporting; - preparing and drafting annual and periodic financial statements; - collaboration with external auditors. Controlling - carrying out cost control and variance analysis by cost centre/product; - preparing detailed financial and economic/equity reports (by way of example but not limited to: financial flows, P&L analysis for the various analytical dimensions, monthly asset analysis, ...); - support for the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts. Management - supervise and mentor a junior accountant, providing guidance and support in development.   Requirements - degree in Accounting / Economics / Finance; - previous experience of not less than 4-5 years in companies in a multinational and multicultural; - high knowledge and understanding of accounting principles; - high knowledge and understanding of personnel costs and their accounting dimensions; - tax knowledge; - knowledge of budgeting and reporting techniques; - good knowledge of English (written and spoken)   Place of work: Bari (hybrid)

Our Client, leading Company in the development, production and distribution of innovative printing solutions is looking for an:   HR MANAGER   Target   The Candidate will play a key role supporting the Direction in the management of the HR Department in an international, innovative and constantly growing context, in which employees are made part of the company project and are called to give their contribution on an individual and team level.   Main Responsibilities - Co-ordination and supervision of the Global HR Team (4/5 HR Admin) - Central contact for external payroll services - Collect and account data for monthly payroll of the Swiss branch - Documentation & filing of salary and personnel data - Correspondence and issuing of certificates with / for the authorities - Preparation of all contractual documents (for the Employees' entire lifecycle) - Administration of employees and executives - Project assistance in close collaboration with HR Team and/or CFO - Direct control of the attendance tracking system of the Headquarters Employees and supervision of attendances of all other branches employees (holiday, illness etc.) - Issuing of reference letters - Support Controlling Dpt. in budgeting process, reports and personnel KPI analysis - Preparation of Sales Commissions plans and calculation of achievements in collaboration with Controlling Dpt. - HR processes definition and integration among the various Group Companies Qualification - Knowledge of payroll processing, income tax and social security - High level of service orientation and pro activeness - MS Office (in particular Word and Excel) Requirements - Bachelor's degree in related field. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience - Coming from an international environment - English language knowledge - Precision and attention to detail - Habit of communicating with stakeholders at various levels and of different nationalities. - Problem solving skills - Willing to travel worldwide to visit Group branches   Luogo di lavoro: Provincia di Novara

Per azienda Cliente svizzera, società di Factoring in costante crescita stiamo selezionando: Responsabile Credito Obiettivo:   Il Candidato verrà inserito a diretto riporto del CEO e si occuperà delle attività relative all'analisi di bilancio, credito e solvibilità dei clienti.   Principali responsabilità: ·        controllare la solvibilità dei clienti basati in Svizzera e in Europa; ·        curare i rapporti con le banche; ·        valutazione e riclassificazione del bilancio delle aziende; ·        analisi dei dati economico-finanziari storici e/o prospettici anche in ottica di cash-flow, analisi bancarie; ·        predisposizione documenti di sintesi; ·        valutare l'evoluzione della situazione economico-finanziaria dell'azienda e i possibili rischi nell'acquisizione del relativo credito; ·        analisi quotazioni materie prime. Requisiti per la posizione: ·        Laurea in discipline economiche o finanziarie; ·        solide basi in analisi di bilancio; ·        conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti Factoring; ·        almeno 2 anni di esperienza in posizione analoga; ·        ottima conoscenza di Excel; ·        ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza del tedesco e/o del francese sarà considerata un plus; ·        approccio pragmatico e orientato al problem solving; ·        capacità relazionali distintive.   Completano il profilo integrità, precisione ed etica professionale.
