For a multinational company, leader in designing, producing and commercializing automation machinery we are searching for a:
Technical Service Manager
Mission:
Reporting to the Area Manager delivers services to customers effectively and on time and guarantees equipment testing and maintenance in accordance with the company's policies.
Main responsibilities:
· Working as a team to assist with the troubleshooting of equipment and technical problems;
· Developing strong client relationships by driving value added and focused service delivery;
· Managing spare parts delivery;
· Monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment or machinery performance;
· Walking customers through how equipment works including how to use it safely;
· Participating in ongoing training to keep up to date with the latest developments;
· Providing clear customer feedback;
· Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and establish strong relationships with customers;
· Light administrative and marketing tasks for the branch, in coordination with and supported by HQ.
Knowledge and experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field;
· At least 10 years of experience in a technical sales or applications engineering role within the relevant industry;
· Proven ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions;
· Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations;
· Strong technical knowledge in the relevant industry, including a deep understanding of products, systems, and applications;
· Proficiency in written and spoken English;
· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to support customer engagements and attend industry events;
· Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering high-quality service and support.
