For a multinational fast growing company, European leader in designing, producing and commercializing industrial transformers worldwide we are searching for an:


Area Sales Manager Nordics


Mission:

Reporting to the Group Sales Director ensures both the management and development of the business in Nordics area, including the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the company's strategy.


Main responsibilities:

· Responsible for the management of the relationship between company and customers, in order to get competitive advantages for the company;

· Identifies and qualifies new customers and distributors and proposes the organizational development of the business opportunities;

· Manages new and existing opportunities with a defined set of accounts within the Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark;

· Prepares accurate and comprehensive quotations inline with the agreed timescales;

· Recognizes and implements the most commercially viable solutions for accounts;

· Develops a thorough knowledge of the business and culture of clients within a sector and use this to develop relationships and opportunities.


Knowledge and experience:

· Engineering Degree, preferred in electrical disciplines;

· At least 5 years' experience at electric manufacturing companies (LV and/or MV transformers or switchgears, control panels, converters, power stations);

· History of working effectively with clients and delivering quantifiable excellence;

· Good knowledge of Nordics market.

· Integrity and professional ethics.
