For a multinational company, leader in designing, producing and commercializing automation machinery we are searching for a:

Branch Manager

Mission:

Reporting to the Group General Manager ensures both the management and development of the business, including the management of P&L as well as financials and the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the Company strategy.

Main responsibilities:

· Ensures the turnover and EBITDA by effective implementation of the business plan;

· Responsible for the management of the relationship between company and existing and potential customers, in order to get competitive advantages for the company;

· Provides the guidelines to develop the Sales Plan and present it to the Board of Directors;

· Defines budget and target priorities with the Group General Manager , assures the periodic sales monitoring, control and forecasting;

· Identifies and qualifies new customers and proposes the organizational development of the business opportunities;

· Ensures the management of the people, their training and professional development, according to the company policies;

Knowledge and experience:

· Mater Degree, MBA is a plus;

· At least 5 years' experience at Automation machinery companies;

· Excellent technical skills;

· Good experience in leading roles;

· Good knowledge of national market.
