For one of our Customers, international Software House specialized in HCM and CPM solutions, we are searching for a:


Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist

Mission

The candidate, reporting directly to the group CFO, will be responsible for analysing, controlling, overseeing daily operations and executing on projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Controlling, Account Receivables and Accounts Payable, a solid understanding of accounting principles and excellent communication abilities.

Main activities

Accounting

  • autonomous end-to-end management of company accounts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and tax and fiscal obligations;
  • knowledge and analytical/accounting management of personnel costs;
  • comprehensive management of intercompany financial flows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reconciliation and reporting;
  • preparing and drafting annual and periodic financial statements;
  • collaboration with external auditors.

Controlling

  • carrying out cost control and variance analysis by cost centre/product;
  • preparing detailed financial and economic/equity reports (by way of example but not limited to: financial flows, P&L analysis for the various analytical dimensions, monthly asset analysis, ...);
  • support for the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts.

Management

  • supervise and mentor a junior accountant, providing guidance and support in development.

Requirements

  • degree in Accounting / Economics / Finance;
  • previous experience of not less than 4-5 years in companies in a multinational and multicultural;
  • high knowledge and understanding of accounting principles;
  • high knowledge and understanding of personnel costs and their accounting dimensions;
  • tax knowledge;
  • knowledge of budgeting and reporting techniques;
  • good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
